Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

It is our goal to ensure that all customers our satisfied with their purchase. However, please note that all apparel items are made-on-demand. 

We are happy to process and exchange, however please note that we do not provide free shipping on returns or exchanges. All items must be shipped in new condition (un-worn, un-used).

All returns must include a note that states clearly the Order # (located on emailed order confirmation) and the requested action: refund or exchange. Once the items are received, we will process the refund or exchange. All returns must be sent back within 30 days of the package’s arrival in order receive a refund. After 30 days, customers will be allowed to process an exchange only.
