Shipping policy

OVERVIEW

All apparel orders are made to order. Items will ship in 5 business days.

US ORDERS

Orders shipping to the US are sent via USPS, FedEx or UPS. Customers will receive an email notification with shipping details once the package is in transit.

USPS packages ship First Class Mail. The packages generally arrive within 1-3 business days from the ship date. FedEx and UPS packages ship with via Ground. The packages generally arrive within 1-5 business days from the ship date

* The shipping information assumes that all the products ordered are all in stock. UPSL is not responsible for delays in shipping that occur once the package leaves our warehouse. Packages may be delayed due to security screens for potential fraud.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Standard International Orders ship with USPS Airmail or USPS Priority Mail, depending on the package weight and destination. Shipping rates and shipment times depend on the destination country. As a rough guide, standard shipping generally takes approximately 5-10 business days. International shipping requires passage through customs, which may delay the arrival time of orders. Packages may also incur a customs tariff upon arrival at the destination country. These tariffs vary among countries. UPSL, LLC will not be responsible for payment of these tariffs, so we ask that international customers take them into consideration prior to placing an order. Shipping charges are determined by a fixed fee plus a weight fee that changes according to the weight of the item(s) purchased.

Express Shipping is available with USPS Express mail.
